LOW AND SLOW WOOD SMOKED BARBECUE
BabaJaks Barbecue is a pure bred in traditional smoked barbecue food offering the finest in smoked barbecue cuisine. Using years of tried and tested cooking methods our food is smoked low and slow in our custom-built smokers at temperatures ranging from about 80 to 150°C (175 to 300°F) with more smoke than fire. This authentic process produces the most tender and succulent meat that simply falls of the bone each and every time…. trust us, its truly mouth watering!!
